At Sola Wood Flowers, we want you to love your forever blooms; if your order isn't quite right, we accept returns on unused, non-customized items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that due to their organic nature, slight variations in wood grain and petal shape are expected and celebrated as part of their handmade charm.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack with Care
Place the flowers and supplies back in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected from crushing during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
